This course covers the basic concepts and exercises necessary to master Head Up Inface Carving (and consequently Head Up Tracking on your back in the sky). We touch on back flying, sit flying, daffy flying and of course exercises and concepts surrounding inface carving. 

This course truly benefits any level of flyer, from novice to advanced flyers who want to broaden their skills. 

I highly recommend doing the "Head up Outface" course as well, as many things from this course will complement the other and vice versa.
